Highland Park Walking Tour
This tour focuses on the area of the Highland Village commercial district, which is located around the intersection of Cleveland Avenue and Ford Parkway in St. Paul's Highland Park Neighborhood. Although its streets were platted in the twenties and thirties, the neighborhood was not extensively developed until after WWII, along with many local first-ring suburbs. The neighborhood is unique, due to the variety of land uses located within 1/2 mile of the intersection. Within that area you will find single- and multi-family housing, retail, office, and industrial uses.
